Hey, everyone. It's been crazy here. Been working on our next horror shorts to do. Here're props and costume pieces we've made for the next movie:
"BOUNTY BENN"
by
Samuel Sterling
First, the arm claw. Made up of a tube and a toy claw. Painted copper to make it look rusty.
Then the title character's gun arm. Made of a small wine barrel and toilet part. You will see these two items put together with the costume.
Now, one of the other leads has a bean bag gun. First, we took a nurf gun.
Took plastic primer.
And a nice layer of black on the barrel. We made some other modifications you will see in filming posts.
Since it's a bean bag gun, the shells in the gun will not be red. They will be blue!
We shoved the Nurf shells with news paper so they could still be used.
Now the mask of the title character. Made of varying masks and plastic guts and put together with liquid latex. The tape is to give the look of it being stapled together.
Chris has been hard at work perfecting the mask and making it weird.
Now to suit up our actor in his Bounty Benn costume!!
Take a muscle shirt.
A turtle neck.
So far so good.
The claw and gun.
And a welders mask attached to a bike helmet.
You now have a freaky ass monster!
Which gets freakier when the mask comes off.
