Day Two of "The Evil That Men Do"

I've returned from my vacation to give you another post. I bring you day two of:
""THE EVIL THAT MEN"
by
Chris Briggs
Day two started at 10 in the morning at a suburban house. Our director is prepared with the script.
Oscar is prepared and on set.
And some of our crew: Krider and Perez

 Pretty cool house, right?
It has tons of small dogs.

AND TURTLES!

Floyd gets to act today. He plays a weirdo that the leads integrate to find the evil cult in the movie.
"We're in a park now? When did that happen?" said Chris

 Yeah, hi Briggs.

Floyd continues to play the weirdo. Or he's goofing around.

 Krider might be.

 Briggs definitely is being weird.

 Floyd's out hunting.
And with all of these exteriors done we move to the next part of the movie to Briggs' house.
 FOR THE CULT MEETING!!!

As you can see, a lot of crew work went into this short. Probably the most so far.
And now to help us are make up artists Jackie and Molly. They've worked with Chris and I before on Barbies and Buckshot.
 They're cool.
And tonight we need them for our big scalping scene. Watch them work with only a wig, a manikin head, and fake blood.

Meet Jerry. The cultist that's a puppet.
 Chris likes Jerry.
Briggs' got impatient with how long night was taking so he started throwing cast and crew into his pain booth. AJ was first.
 Then Krider.
 He suffered most...
Remember that photo booth from the last post? This is the secret behind doing the more badass part of that scene.

Just take a shower, a poster board, and some fake blood.
Krider some how think's that's complicated.
 You heard me, Krider.
Damn this set is impressive. Check it out.

Another cultist: A teddy bear! Ted the cultist.

 These cultist's are creepy.
 They heard me!
The cultists gather in the dark.

 And play with pugs.

The final part of the set; the sacrificial blood. Josh sneaked off for a nap. I don't blame him. It was a little past 9pm at this point.

 But it was worth it!

Everyone was efficient and got their scenes done, from what I know. Some took longer than others.
When I was done, I sneecked off for a nap under the props.

We wrapped up late at 1am. Hard day. But we got a lot done in that day. Including a scalping.

Sadly, this will be the last short I do. I was not there to take pictures on the other filming day, so this second day of filming is the last day on this short you'll see. Also, my camera ran out of battery so we didn't do an end day cap. But instead we give you something better: A SCALPING! Until next time.
